Siena Belcanto - Summer Courses 2008

In the summer of 2008, CONCERTO CLASSICO will offer two four-week courses for 12 singers to improve their skills in

Italian language
Italian diction for opera singers
Style and interpretation
Preparation of a dynamic and balanced recital program
Performance skills (each singer will present solo recitals or recitals with other singers)

Course A Monday, June 2, 2008 - Friday, June 27, 2008
Course B Monday, July 4, 2008 - Friday, July 31, 2008

The courses will take place in Siena. The price of the course ($3,600 for singers) includes tuition, accommodation in double bedrooms, 3 excursions and a complimentary lunch on weekdays.

The Schedule from Monday – Friday is

9 – 12 Italian Language
15 – 19 Italian Diction, Vocal Coaching, Preparation of the recitals
